 How am I living the life of Christ?

When I touch does that mean He touches

We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that his life may also be revealed in our mortal body.

Jesus Calls His First Disciples

As Jesus walked beside the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and his brother Andrew casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen. “Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people.” At once they left their nets and followed him.

Condescending not always negative

 Jesus is God and He's exalted 

He looks kindly on the lowly 

Seated with wound and scar, He sees us from afar 

He's hooked humble to holy 

He's above our knowledge, We only know Words we use 

Condescending seems to us as bad 

To God, above and holy, everything moves slowly 

He spoke

High and whole humility He's had

He's known the end from start

He's Alpha and Omega 

He's the only Holy One 

Worship Him and see, be alive and free 

He sustains 'til all of this is done.

The hurting

Persecution proves

 As humans we have weakness, rely on Divine power 

The barrier to begging Him is pride 

Pride has many forms, sunshine & hailstorms 

Our conscience refuse to let us hide 

We know we can’t alone, together means we’re home 

We persevere until we reach the end 

We don’t know how long, with Him we’re somehow strong 

Our persecution proves He is our friend 

Modern persecution, what does it look like 

Different than it looked for Paul 

They cajoled and drilled him, in the end they killed him 

Reality is that they can’t kill us all 

We know we can’t alone, together means we’re home 

We persevere until we reach the end

Brothers and sisters, if I am still preaching circumcision, why am I still being persecuted? In that case the offense of the cross has been abolished.

Crowd killed Christ

 Most folks are wrong  ‘bout most things most of the time 

When we get together it gets worse

Crowds try and direct, Politically correct 

What we think's Nirvana is a curse 

Look to God for answers, not into your heart

Be very careful, then, how you live —not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is. Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Lesser to the Greater

 John the baptist spoke of Jesus, Many prophets spoke 

Whosoever believes in Him 

Spirit and heart may be broke 

God isn't mad at you, in fact He loves you broken 

They accused The One, His only Son 

Rejected Word He'd spoken 

John himself, repentant heart 

Himself a broken spirit 

From his youth he knew The Truth 

Humbled him to hear it 

You and I, we know The Truth 

It's Him, His name is Jesus 

When we're broken, He has spoken 

Almighty God, He sees us.

Spiritual Blindness

Jesus heard that they had thrown him out, and when he found him, he said, “Do you believe in the Son of Man?”
