Now may be today

 We don’t know the date or time 

We only know the fact

When we obey while it’s today 

We escape intact 

Today may the date He comes 

The next may be the hour

Our  Master state upon that date 

Settles sweet or sour

Draw up, be ready, persist in faith 

Reject the hater’s hate

Now you’re prime, He created time 

Only you can now be late 

Now’s the moment, now’s the day 

An instant into forever

Time stand still, it never will 

Believe, it’s now or never.

Luke 17:23-24

People will tell you, ‘There he is!’ or ‘Here he is!’ Do not go running off after them. For the Son of Man in his day will be like the lightning, which flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other.

2 Corinthians 6:2

For he says,

“In the time of my favor I heard you,

and in the day of salvation I helped you.”

I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.
