Blindfold

 We can’t blindfold God

If hiding, He sees through 

May seem like shafted, Christ has crafted 

Special purpose for you 

Don’t be Judas, showed up for last supper 

Knew what he did and took part

Gave his instruction, doomed to destruction 

Sought Christ for his purse, not heart

We face the same choice, We can turn Jesus in 

Look away while they spit and strike Him

Be it bag or purse, we’re not under His curse 

We’re built up and blessed to be like Him

If you’re alive, your purpose still stands 

It’s walking right here on the ground 

Omniscient, He’ll see, He waits ‘til you’re free

Seek Him while He still can be found.

Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for special purposes and some for common use?

Deuteronomy 21:22-23

If someone guilty of a capital offense is put to death and their body is exposed on a pole, you must not leave the body hanging on the pole overnight. Be sure to bury it that same day, because anyone who is hung on a pole is under God’s curse. You must not desecrate the land the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance.
