I belong to God

 I belong to Jesus Christ

I belong to God

I was bought with Jesus blood

My steps on earth are trod 

My  walk on earth belongs to Him 

My life is not my own 

I tread on top, until I stop

Grow from seed He’s sown 

When I present, I’m heaven sent 

To earth with each a task

A twinkling flash, I do my dash 

Then Glory, back to bask 

Why He died and raised to life 

We’re just here for growth 

As I live and when I die 

I belong to Christ in both.

Romans 14:7-9

For none of us lives for ourselves alone, and none of us dies for ourselves alone. If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. For this very reason, Christ died and returned to life so that he might be the Lord of both the dead and the living.
